"Update: I went to Happy Tire and was done in less than 10mins. Lesson of the day, Don’t waste hours waiting at Les Schwab when there is more honest and competent businesses down the road. I should have saw all the poor reviews about their communication before wasting my time coming to this place. I called early morning, spoke to someone and explained the circumstances who said it would be a $10 install. I get there and the manager refused to do the work because it was fixed somewhere else which was explained during the phone call. I suggest you find a tire place that won’t waste your time instead of coming here."

"My tired had a screw in it and I took it to Les Schwab to get it repaired. Even though they were busy, my car was ready to go in about an hour. Which was great, compared to the time frame the other near by tire centers gave me. Their team has great customer service, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is very spacious and neat. They provide: water, coffee and popcorn! Their location is perfect if you have to wait more than 1 hour (or more than 15 minutes for those who are inpatient). It’s located by near by shopping centers with: grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks etc. etc. I will definitely come by to them with all my tire needs. I almost forgot to mention the best part, they fixed my tire at no additional cost! (But they might charge you if it’s a complicated fix, keep that in mind). Thank you Les Schwab, I made it to work right on time for my meetings! :)"
