"Called at 9:30pm on 12/13/22 asking to see if they had a part in stock, they proceeded to ask what the part number was 6 different times and they couldnt find it, then i just asked by the name of the part and they asked me if it was a completely different wrong part. I could also hear the other workers laughing and talking about smoking weed in the background, the customer service is horrible, they never seem to have the part, and none of the workers know anything about cars."

"We are on a motorcycle trip from KY to the west coast. We stopped into this Auto Zone tonight needing to change the oil on our motorcycle. We explained the situation to Matt (the store manager) and he bent over backwards helping us out. He let us use some loaner tools and also disposed of the used motor oil and filter for us. I wish all auto parts stores had outstanding personnel like Matt. You should shop here, ask for Matt. Thank you again MATT!"
