"I love my kia. I purchased it brand new two years ago with the maintenance package when the Santa Maria kia first opened. Customer service is good. I have had some issues with my maintenance package being applied to my services; several times where I was charged for services that were included in my maintenance package, but otherwise, my overall experience has been good. Make sure to double and triple check your maintenance package and that the service department has the correct package in their records, even if you purchased it at that dealership, to avoid paying for things you prepaid for."
