"RV blew a tire at W. Shields Ave on I-5. It was 67 miles north of Avenal, CA. Our insurance provider couldn't provide a local service provider. We were referred to Rafaels Road Service by a local tire vendor. Ricardo showed up an hour and thirty minutes later. He was awesome. He switched out the blown tire with the spare and took the blowout to his shop and put on a new tire. He then showed up at Harris Ranch where we had pulled over and replaced the spare with the new tire and put the spare back under the RV. Awesome service!!! Thank you."
