"We arrived on time for our cargo van reservation. There were no employees in the office, just a couple tourists who'd been waiting over 20 minutes for their car rental. They said the sole employee was helping a prior customer with a truck rental, she'd had to call someone for instructions on how to process his paperwork, and then she left the office. After 15 minutes I called Budget and they said to keep waiting for the employee to return. Nearly half an hour after our reservation time, she still hadn't show up. We decided to leave and offered the tourists a ride back to the airport so they could try another company."
