"Poor communication and transaction. My vehicle had a flat tire indication that was a result of the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors that had a worn battery. I brought in 4x OEM Toyota TPMS sensors for Discount Tire to replace on the 4x tires. At pickup I was told that one of them did not reset and so that the flat tire indication on the dashboard indication would not go away. 1. Why didn’t you call me while the vehicle was in your service bay and you found this issue? I came there to resolve the dashboard indicator and left with the same problem. If you identified the non-resettable sensor, I would have gladly said to get a new one. 2. At pickup, there was no out the door paperwork mentioning which sensor was not resettable. I only have the initial entry paperwork and credit card receipt. How am I supposed to know which sensor was not resettable. This store gets very busy and unfortunately they need to go fast to attend to all of the customers. Unfortunately in this case, this leads to gaps in communication with the customer."

Enrique was helpful and polite and let me know what correct psi was for my tires. And he let out the excess air without making me feel like an idiot. I am 81 and quite honestly don't know much about my car. I really appreciate his assistance. You have a great enployee."
