"I have rented for years with Enterprise. I am a Platinum tier member and have met many agents and managers but never have I been disregarded and threaten not to be rented to and to be possibly left stranded. I was told that they had other customers that needed the vehicle and that would pay full price. I only questioned as to why they were not honoring my reservation and rental rate. I kept silent at the moment but now will let everyone know that for $10 Enterprise Grover Beach lost a future customer due to the lack of professionalism and dismissiveness I received today. It was as they were doing me a favor. Maybe my loss of business will not rock their boat nor will I stop using Enterprice either for the amazing agents i have meet out weigh the sillness and lack of customer service the agent gave and the tone and threatening attitude a random agent interjected without even knowing the situation or being asked to contribute. For those agents and managers especially at the San Jose Airport that for 6 months rented me a car every two weeks, your professionalism, welcoming spirit and customer service exceeded your organizational values that will keep me as a loyal member of Enterprise except the Grover Beach location."

"Very Accommodating and eager to assist. Prices were reasonable. My only complaint is that they are not open Sundays, they close M-Sat. From noon to 1 PM for lunch. So nobody is at the location for that hour and it is locked up. They do not have a key drop box so you have to return your rental during hours that they are open. The only parking is usually a bit of a walk from the location and on the street. Good luck finding a parking spot close by. Your vehicle/you are subject to parking tickets and towing of your vehicle from local police if you are parked on the streets for more than 1 hours or in violation of local parking codes. There is a good chance you will have to encounter many instances of panhandling from the homeless in the area. Keep an eye on your children and belongings when not inside the Enterprise facility *What a PAIN... Which is a shame because all the Enterprise employees at this facility are outstanding! Smiling! Happy! Hard Working! Helpful! Positive! Knowledgeable! Engaging! Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and dedicated to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. It can't be very easy for them due to the serious and notable issues related to their stores location. I think there is a real need to continue providing Enterprises Car Rental Services from somewhere here in the *Five Cities Area. I am sure that if they found a more intelligently chosen location for their physical store location. Their business would quickly and noticeably show a steady up surge in clients and annual gross profits. Heck there is a nice used car dealership with a perfect sized parking lot only 2 blocks from their current location that has recently become vacant.... It is still Very close to the Amtrak Train Depot in Grover Beach and Still Near Pismo Beach. Yet it is located outside the known area that is frequented by the Vagrants, Panhandlers, Transients, Pick-Pockets and Homeless Shelters . This potentially available location upgrade is on the corner of Grand Ave. & 4th Street in Grover Beach. Please, Seriously look into it ASAP! I seriously hope they move to a new more "user friendly" location somewhere else in the same area soon.... Best Wishes~"

"It is not enterprise per say however it is this location in grover. My insurance set up a car for me and then they called me to confirm told me it was 100$ deposit and then 10$ a day in taxes that insurance didn't cover I checked with him abd he said it would come out of the deposit when I dropped off in top of anything else. When I went to pick up this morning he tried to charge me an extra 108$. When I told him that's not what u told me yesterday he said yes it is. I not gonna sit here an agrue with u its 208$. My insurance didn't understand what this interpirse was doing and was so confused. That's funny I just paid 134$ at enterprise in San luis on broad. Nico was very helpful and couldn't understand what happened in grover. He got me in and out and explained everything and made sure I was aware of everything. Highly unlikely to go back they have gone down hill the last couple times in grover"

"5/5 stars for this location! I’ll explain. I had an issue with my truck on the way home from work, and so I naturally tried to find a rental between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, where I live. Okay I totally understand there is a national car shortage, new used and rentals but everywhere, and I mean EVRRYWHERE I called from SLO to SM was completely sold out and booked up. No if’s and’s or buts. I can’t continue to use my truck because I need to fix it this weekend for work next week so I tried one more location that I have dealt with before when I worked for the local Chevrolet dealership. This location is very very, very small for those who haven’t been yet. It’s literally a corner lot. So they have a small selection in the first place, but it just so happens that they had one vehicle. Just one. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t a cheapie Honda or Kia or sedan but a full on 2021 bright red 4x4 Jeep Wrangler. Granted I have always wanted to drive one but, not when I’m short on money, as I am because I have to buy car parts. Anyways, long story short, CESAR, who took my call, and got me into the only available rental on the whole central coast and deserves recognition. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond, helpful and kind. He even got the price knocked down a little for me. Now I get to knock driving a Jeep Wrangler off my bucket list and I get to fix my car and be able to get to work. Let these people take care of you and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
