"Beautiful selection of fine automobiles!"
"Just stopped in to check out the cars while in town on business. Had a nice talk with one of the employees about the cars and formula 1. Overall everyone seemed friendly."
"Didn't think I have a worse experience trying to buy a car, no one was there to attend me. When I was browsing and sat down waiting for more than 15 minutes some employee told me to "be careful" because all of the stuff they have was expensive and for customers only. I was asked to leave. Glad to say I left, I hope that gentleman knows he isn't going to get any customers with that type of discrimination and attitude."
"I paid $252k for a certified pre-owned McLaren 720s. I was a serious buyer passing through the area and made the mistake of trusting this dealership the same way I was able to trust McLaren Charlotte. I didn't negotiate price, I paid for an extra year warranty, I explained if there wasn't enough time to get the car ready they could ship it. Upon delivery of their freshly inspected vehicle the glove compartment was found to be hanging on by ONE screw. Eight hours later I got a suspension degraded light, the next morning a power steering light, which lead me to check the owners manual only to find out it wasn't there. (I had to all but demand one be sent to me) Then I noticed the hairline cracks in the upper door windows that I would have seen if the car was clean when it was showed to me, but it was covered in dust, which is fine they had just got the car in and I was interested in seeing it. During the purchase I asked and was assured there was no non routine maintenance on the car which is why I was only given a carfax. I sent the VIN to McLaren Philadelphia when I got home and they immediately told me the car had a documented history of suspension issues that conveniently were not on the carfax. I've voiced concerns repeatedly for about a week now about how I don't believe there was a CPO inspection done on this car and all I've gotten is the salesman apologies and being told that its been sent to the GM, but hes a busy guy. I guess someone getting burned on a 250k purchase isn't a big deal. This is my second McLaren, its my last from McLaren San Diego. The issues I've had make it obvious the inspection was rubber stamped and the lack of concern beyond the gentleman who sold the car is despicable. I've received better service from GM on a 60k Cadillac, this is absolutely pathetic."
"Montana is the MAN! Make sure to ask for him he will make sure to right fit you accordingly and get you in the car of your dreams !"
