"This shop changed its business name from AUTO LAB to TIRES by AutoLab. why are you changing your business name if you didn't do anything wrong? are you going to use this new business name to lie to your new customers? and stealing from them like you did to me. charging me for parts restocking fees when you never order any parts. are you going tell different customers different inspections fee rates for the same type of car !!! No matter if you change your business name A millions times you are still the type of people that will lie and steal from your customers. I almost gave them $6000 of my hard earned money. Thankfully I found out about their dishonesty and stopped everything with them. And I will never come back, never refer anyone to this shop. They inspected my car above 3 weeks ago. And informed me that my oil sensor for my car needed to be replaced. But my oil sensor was recently replaced by dealer the last year and is still under warranty. I told them not to order this part because it's still under dealer warranty. I had the dealer recheck his work and found out my sensor is working perfectly fine and I don't need it replaced. Now they are going to charging me a restocking fee for this part that I never authorized in the first place. HOW??? Be very careful if you don't know what's wrong with your car, they will take advantage of your situation. The wife is very rude and very unprofessional. I was willing to give a new small business some support I wanted to lift my jeep and to add lots of aftermarket parts. But this experience with them was a huge RED FLAG to STOP IMMEDIATELY I'll take my money to A honest mechanic that will appreciate my time and money and answer all my questions with confidence BEWARE!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!"

"My girl call for an inspection price. They gave her a price and when I got out of work I called for a prize and they gave me a different price. So there's nothing but a bunch of liars. I will never go there ever"
