"Had an oil change done on my car at Pep Boys on Foothill in Pomona and it was a great experience. Very professional and job well done, no pressure to buy "extras" . I need a new filter for the cabin of my car and they didn't have one there so they pulled mine out and cleaned it to hold me over while they order one. I highly recommend them!!"

"0 stars if I could. I came in a week and 5 days ago, my alignment was bad and my tires were all wore. For the first week it drove fine. Then about 4 days ago my car started to shake again which it did with the alignment. They did not fix my alignment. They kept saying that it was my roater. Which it was not. I payed 800+ on this damn pep boys for them to not fix my car. Refused to look at it when I came in and told me to come back later. Never come to this one."
