"Update: revisited and had success by a different method. Don't plug first. Use the phone app to select your station number (don't use the station touchscreen to initiate) and start charging before plugging in. Also look at the app to check whether the left or right cable is operational. Then it worked the first time and got 140 kw at station 2 with left side cable. Upgraded the rating. But they should post this explanation at the station itself. It shouldn't be this hard for new people like me. First visit: Disconnected after 3 minutes even though it was far from the target 80%. 3 times. Gave up and went elsewhere. Ioniq 5."

"I think all of Electrify America Stations need to be better. Not enough charging units (always 4 charging units with at least 1 broken)the broken (unavailable) unit never got fixed and some only charging 33 kW can take hours to charge! While I see Tesla have 10+ charging units at one single location. You guys should set up a team to drive around those stations to repair the broken ones and make sure all of them are charging properly!!"

"Most of the time their stations are out of order, and when you try to call them they keep you on hold for 15 minutes or more! But thank goodness EVGO is only 100 yards and their stations are level 3 and available."

"The Chargers are are great; the only issue this location does have enough light if it's after dark. No parking lot lights. It was difficult for me to find the entrance driving in the dark and rain."
