"Never have I ever heard of a mechanic shop charging a customer for a FAILED smog check $50. As far as I am concerned, it’s only when a vehicle passes a smog check when you are supposed to be charged.NOT ONE TIME DID HE SAY IT WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 FOR A FAILED SMOG CHECK. No signs up on the walls, no paper stating that, just him. When asked why, he said “because I can do whatever I want, I’m the owner, it’s my business”. It’s not the first time that it’s happened to only one person, but multiple people which is why he’s known for terrible service. Rips off people and under state federal law, it’s illegal to do so. Save yourself some time and don’t come here unless you want your money taken away because my brother did."

"Honestly one of the best mechanic shops in town. Roberto and Carlos are honest and have always come through with their extensive knowledge and great customer service. I had a warning light that no one could figure out the problem. It turn out to be a defective charger."
