"When I picked up my vehicle, it seemed to run even worse than before. The time estimate was completely off! I told them to work on a specific part of the car and they insisted to do more! How are you going to do that to a customer when they are the ones paying for the service. This shop is a scam. If you go here good luck, better chance fixing your car yourself!"

"We went to get new tires but their balance was off. I asked them to check my breaks they bled my break line and left the brake fluid tank empty. I was driving home and my check break light turned on I bought fluid from Auto zone to avoid dealing with them again. I'm know checking my breaks now and they are very worn out and needed to be replaced 6 months ago when I took my car in to get serviced. I will never return to their business."

"Yesterday I was in need of a smog check for my car and decided to go to this establishment since it was close by. The woman at the register was nice and professional, so I initially thought it was going to be a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What was supposed to be a routine smog check turned into a stress-filled experience quickly. After waiting for over 30 minutes for the results of the test, the owner came to me at the last minute to tell me there were issues with my car, and that it didn't pass the smog check. He told me that that there were cracks on one of my car's pipes, which he said was going to run up to $500+ dollars to replace. He then told me he wanted to leave my car there to get it fixed, but I told him I wasn't comfortable with that. Also, when I was leaving the shop, I could see that he was staring at me while I was driving off. I was immediately suspicious of the information he was telling me, so I decided to go to a different car shop to get a second opinion. It turned out that there were no issues at all with my pipes and my car passed the different smog check with flying colors. The owner here tried to take advantage of a poor disabled woman for what little money she had. I would recommend anyone considering getting their car fixed to NOT go here for anything whatsoever. They may have taken $50 dollars from me, but that's the last thing they'll ever get from me. I just wanted to put this on the website so that other people could see what this place is doing to low-income people."

"I never post reviews but am motivated to do so for this business. I was in for a repair on my SUV. The manager Reubin is a good guy and handling a ton at one time, however his boss is a complete a-hole. I was waiting to hear back on the status of my car and what it would cost and a young woman answered my call but never got back to me when she said she would. I had to keep calling and she and others continued to promise to call back but never did. Finally the owner, who I saw in person when I dropped the car off, answered the phone. I explained how many times I called and my experience and that I just wanted an answer. Mind you this was two days to get me a quote on a repair. He proceeded to tell me "I have 90 cars on my lot"(which he didn't) and 'that they were really busy.' He then abruptly told me "you know what just come get your car", in a nasty tone and attitude. When I was in the shop he was being very unprofessional and loudly making a scene on the phone about personal issues so everyone could hear. When I got my car they said it would be $1500 to fix it. I went to another mechanic and it was fixed FOR FREE, it was so small of a thing! Never go here to get your car fixed."

"Superb service, above the call of duty! This is an honest shop!! We were stranded in Salinas with an overheated engine, but felt so relieved once we arrived at this shop! Jimmie and Matt were wonderful. They lent us one of their own vehicles while our car was getting worked on. Afterwards, they explained exactly what was done and why. They even provided the broken parts in a box! My only wish is that they were located in San Jose! Salinas is lucky to have such a fine, reliable, friendly, honest shop to repair your car!"
