I came in for a smog test, they told me that they were full up for that day, but that I could schedule an appointment a few days later. I agreed upon a time and made a note in my calendar then and there. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, two days later, they refused to see me, As they were apparently done for the day at 11:40 am, on a Friday. The same time as my appointment. I guess I must have made a mistake, as according to them my appointment was 25 min earlier. They seemed nice on a personal level though."
