"Went for a diagnostic, oil change and tire rotation. They wanted my car for a couple hours so ok I go somewhere to wait. I make sure to ask that they reset my car dash alerts and they say of course. I get my car back and they didn’t reset the alerts, I asked again and they did. And a day later my A/C and heat systems fail. To which I called asking if they may have hit a sensor or done something to cause that and they blew me off, invalidating my question and said I could come in for another diagnostic to see what’s up. Seems obvious they did something and want me to come back. I will not be back for multiple reasons, but the most important being that they broke my heating and AC systems and are not making it right. Very frustrated and will go elsewhere from now on. Oh and they do not do alignments but they do fix AC and heat systems. Update: After reading the below response from the Owner, I did in fact get a diagnostic. That is what I originally called to request. I was told I needed new battery and rear brakes. To which I had my husband fix. Red flag when companies respond defensively like below. Be warned."

"Great service! Great experience! Highly recommend. Took my 2006 GMC Denali in for a coolant leak and an oil leak. Car stuff always stresses me out. But they were super helpful, thorough, honest and fairly priced. And they fixed both problems perfectly. Overall just a great shop. Great people. Amazing service."
"I am a new customer. I had Kadotani do a scheduled service on my AMG Mercedes. I chose them because of some of the reviews I read here. Darcy was one of the most efficient, professional customer service reps I have ever dealt with.She answered the phone before it went to voice mail. Gave me a rough estimate on the phone for the service and got right back to me with an exact price about 15 minutes later. When I picked up my car, I was told that everything looked good, but I needed new tires. When I got new tires, the tire place told me I need new swing arms and ball joints in front and gave me a quote for around $2K to fix the problem. I thought it was odd, so I called Kadotani. They made an appointment for me to bring in my car the next morning. They checked it all out and said that one of the bearings was slightly loose and tightened it up while I waited, free of charge. I need to be able to trust my mechanics. That is how you build trust with new customers. I am impressed."
"I went into the shop thinking it was going to be a simple oil change. Little did I know that the Audi dealership in Elk Grove screwed me over. As the crew was changing my oil they noticed a plate and two screws floating around. The owner himself (Kellen) had asked if I had some work done to it recently. I sat there and explained the situation to him that the Audi dealership themselves replaced some parts for me around Christmas time and he informed me they didn’t put some parts back together but I was lucky enough to still have the bolts and the plate. He simply fixed it for me without charging me extra. 10/10 would go back for any problems my car may have in the future. Thanks for caring for me and my safety!"
