"The bathroom was a mess because there was no toilet paper. There was also no place to set my gear, except on the floor. There's nothing like a total absence of toilet paper and a messy bathroom to ruin the overall experience and leave a sour taste. I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she brushed it off. She was definitely cheerful, but she paid no attention to my observation. It was like she was on "automatic cheer" and there wasn't a thinking person in there. So much for being cheerful."

"I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed. The employee asked if I wanted them to replace the radiator cooling fluid. I said sure since I didn’t remember the last time I changed it. Paid and left. Drove my car around doing errands and my engine temperature warning symbol popped up. Pulled over and checked my coolant; the coolant wasn’t even filled to the minimum line. Barley anything in it. I trusted jiffy lube to service my car and was extremely disappointed and frustrated. Not sure if they saw that I was a young girl and thought they could scam me or what. This is the second time I’ve come to this shop and something like this has happened. Never returning and never recommending this place again."
