"Help yourself! Lesson here do not take your car to Geno's Autoboy Antioch, do yourself a favor, if need be, just get an estimate from them and skip them. My car was broken in and taken to Geno's Autobody for repairs, for what is fair they did a gob job in repairs everything went okay until they did an aligment on my vehicle, when they handed it to me my the steering wheel was pointing to the left, took it back they tried to fix it, and now is pointing to the right, they told me to wait for 15 days until the pillar person will be back and will fix it, 15 days passed no call no communication called back and now they're telling that the estimator who did my car, no longer work with them and that they did the aligment "as a courtsey" something I never even ask for and insurance did not even approved or was notified about, I would event let them touch and they would have told me, since I know alignment is a hit or miss, I called and tried to work out the situation with them with no success at all, no they don't want to follow up on their commitment to fix a problem that they created. Now I will have to go to automotive bureau in order to follow up for this matter to be corrected."
