"My car was brought here on 2/19 after someone attempted to steal my Kia Forte the day prior. I was stressed out as this had been my first time dealing with a situation like this and I annoyingly (my words, not theirs) called daily to get a status update as I have no other car and couldn’t get a rental. They were clear and concise about what needed to be done each day. I came in today (2/27) after discussing with Brandon that my car itself was repaired, we were just waiting to get the window tinted but if need be I could take it home today and get it tinted in the morning. But while we were taking in the back the manager Bruno (?) had came up and offered to get it tinted for me and drop it off that night, and he did! Thank you so much to everyone who worked on my car to make sure this experience didn’t last too long. I appreciate everyone’s efforts so much!"
