"I bought a dodge challenger with 17000miles on it and I’ve always came in to get my oil change . It has now 118000 miles on it now. Every 3000 miles I’ll come in to get it change. The employees are always excited about what they do and they do an excellent job. I’d like to recognize one of the member of the crew. His name is TROYCE. He’s very communicative and I enjoy talking with him when I see him. Thanks Valvoline for the love and peace y’all give !"

"This location is excellent - we use them for 3 vehicles (& 2 vehicles we used to have). In the past, they helped w an issue affecting an old Grand Cherokee. The staff is honest & competent. They don't mind if I have my loud children or APBTs in the car w me as they always greet them as well."

"Great service and fairly fast. Twice during my visit I was asked by the manager and assistant manager. If there’s anything else that could do for me and made sure my experience was going well. The four stars is for the high price. Comparatively speaking, even though I use a 20% off coupon it’s still more expensive than most other oil change shops. at least for full synthetic 6 quarts OEM Chevy synthetic 5W-30 oil with OEM synthetic oil filter. Wish they would lubricate door hinges latches and locks like they used to. I will give them credit for not trying to upsell me too much. I’m sure they’re trying to ask and try to see if I will add on other services during my visit but once I said no, I was only interested in the oil change and to check all other fluid levels. They immediately stopped asking which was great. Not a fan of being sold service as I don’t want (so great job on listening when I told them what I wanted). I would give it 4.5 stars if I could but I have to re-either four or five, they only take off as for the high price and the fact that they wouldn’t match competitor coupons."

"I love this place! I also love the fact that there are so many women working here. Everyone is always so friendly.... Even bringing us water when we had a little bit of a wait. Always professional... Love the atmosphere and the way everyone works and communicates together. The last I went was the first time I had a service done other than an oil change (transmission flush) and my car is running so smooth. Thank you to all the hard working people at the Antioch Hillcrest location!"

"We brought our Audi TTS here, and was the biggest mistake . Below are the issues that properly trained technicians would have done, but were not done here. 1. Oil filter gasket put in upside down. This caused 1+ Qt to leak out in my garage, ruining the floor. Their offer, another free oil change to cover the cost 2. Skid plate cover was not fully removed when the oil change was first done (when the gasket was put in upside down), but bent to the side. This took about 2 hours (for a 15 minute oil change). The bolts holding it on were discarded partially , so not all were on when we left. A few minutes after leaving the skid plate dropped to the road in the front so we went back and they added zip ties. After 1 and 2, we went back to have them fix it after we noticed over 1 qt of oil leaking into our garage and the skid plate dragging low. The shift manager Marcus took the call and was ready in the bay to fix it when we brought it back. He was able to remove all the bolts and zip ties in less than 5 minutes and immediately saw why over 1 qt of oil had leaked since the night prior. They put the oil gasket in upside down. He apologized and offered a refund (which they cannot give us directly and must come from corporate?) He also replaced the bolts, rather than using zip ties. They refused to provide any compensation for the cost to have someone come to my garage and clean the leaked oil (1 qt) that has now stained my garage in my rental. Fast forward to a few days later. Oil is not leaking (that we see) , but the skid plate came off on the freeway at 65+ mph and nearly caused the car to veer into the wall on the freeway. The car is now totally undriveable. I call again, and Marcus apologizes, but refuses to give me the contact info of the Store of District Manager and instead makes more promises. Now, it is that the area manager will be calling me. If you have a high end car, take my advice and go to Audi...BMW...etc directly and do not try and save money going to Valvoline. They have one core business, which they nearly killed us doing."
