Long story short I bought a car got the warranty on the car and my car did not start it ended up being the batter which is not covered ( that’s sucks but it is what it is) then I was told that the battery that came with the car was not even for my kind of car was the wrong battery and I was on the phone with Carmax for hours couldn’t get an answer and she called them for me and she got them to pay for it since they sold me the car with the wrong battery. She didn’t have to do that and she did!! I appreciate her more than she will ever know!! She definitely is one that should be recognized for her hard work! "They told me I needed to spend 6k on rebuilding my transmission or 4k to replace it. That didn’t seem right because the truck was driving fine. I took it to another reputable place in town and they said that work did not need to be done. In addition, when I picked up my truck the windows were rolled down as it was parked in the parking lot and my battery was dead. Do not go here. There are far better places to go to in town. I have never posted a negative review on Google for anything before but my experience was so bad that I had to post so that others do not get taken advantage of."
