"I had a terrible experience with the Chevy service at Dublin. My car started emitting a burning smell, so I took it to them for inspection on Feb 16th. They charged me $250 just to diagnose the issue, which is exorbitant considering it's their responsibility to provide reliable service. After diagnosing the problem as a faulty water pump, they charged me a whopping $1000 to replace it. However, despite their hefty bill, the issue was not resolved. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership not once, but twice, as the problem persisted. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their incompetence. To add insult to injury, during the servicing, they managed to dent the right fender of my car. This negligence is completely unacceptable, and I am appalled by their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer property. Overall, my experience with the Chevy service at Dublin was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue with my car, but they also caused additional damage and inconvenienced me with multiple return visits. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using their services unless they enjoy wasting time and money on subpar service. The issue is still not fixed and I'm taking the vehicle again tomorrow."

"I’m not one to normally give bad reviews. And if you would’ve asked me a couple months ago, I probably would’ve gave more stars. Last year the engine on my GMC Sierra had a failed oil pump which ruined the engine. There was still a factory warranty, and I had purchased the extended warranty. I brought it in and was told it would be months before an engine would be available due to the Covid shortages. I was offered a rental car from Hertz at no cost to me. The dealership said they would take care of The rental at no cost to me. If it was not something that would be covered, I would’ve made different arrangements. I received my truck after months of waiting only to have to bring it back again and again due to items being forgotten or not done correctly. In all the whole ordeal took over five months. There was even a case of a service tech, leaving some tools under the hood and having to meet me at a restaurant I was having dinner at with my family the evening I picked up my truck. Now the final straw on the camelback is months after getting my truck back from the dealership I received a letter from Hertz stating Dublin Chevrolet did not pay their bill and now Hertz is coming after me for $1824. I have left numerous messages For different people at the dealership including the service manager and was told they would get on it and get back to me. It is now been over a month and I have not received one phone call or email from Dublin Chevrolet. I’m still in hopes that someone will get back to me and make this situation right after leaving another voicemail yet again today. At this point, Dublin Chevrolet is not a dealership I can recommend anybody."
"This was my first time servicing my new Chevy Bolt. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and polite. I particularly like my service advisor who patiently answered questions regarding aspects of my electric car. They also included a shuttle service which was very much appreciated so that I could work from home while my car was being serviced. Great experience!"
"We purchased a used vehicle a few days ago and had a pleasant experience until 30 minutes into our 3 hour drive home. The gas light came on 30 minutes after leaving the dealership. Between a 3 hour drive home and Bay Area traffic, we couldn’t afford to turn around. I emailed our sales representative to let him know about my dissatisfaction that they had just sold us a 50k car and couldn’t bother to fill up the gas tank for us. I have yet to hear back from him. Poor costumer service in my opinion and will not be earning our future business."
