"My review is more about an employee than the shop as I mainly have only dealt with Reesa. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and attentive. She assisted my mom in evaluating damage to her vehicle and very impressed with the outcome. I am also an insurance agent and have had customers rave about their experience with both the shop and Reesa. The general public truly has no idea how challenging the insurance industry is. It is not just property insurance, the auto insurance industry as well is in the most challenging state in history and in the 24 years I’ve been a licensed insurance agent. Since the Pandemic started, the access and back order of parts has been increasingly difficult and the wait excruciatingly painful to both clients and the employees of body shops. Not to mention the increase in cost and demand due to distracted driving and vehicle theft.
