"Update: Was treated much better on our return appointment to complete the recall -- the recall was done in ~1 hr and went smoothly, including a complimentary multi-point inspection and wash. Still not happy that we had to open a case with Nissan HQ and spend a lot of time on the phone to get to this resolution, but I'm updating the review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect the reality of the situation. -- Original review: Low quality service staff who are rude to the customer even though we purchased the car from them. For the latest Nissan Ariya safety recall, they claim that they cannot guarantee the service to be completed within a 2 hour window and would require 4+ hours (they even said we may have to leave the car there for 1-2 days) and told us to use a Uber instead. My advice - do NOT use this location for any service needs. Their explanation is that the recall is a "new procedure" and installation would cause random crashes or the software not taking. How in the world is that the customer's concern -- that's a training issue by Nissan. They need to train their technician better, or Nissan needs to issue a better recall process. Forcing the result of bad training onto the customer is a terrible idea."

"I was threatened by the stuff in the service store. I was charged a unreasonable bill for the maintainance service. When I picked up the car and tried to understand the bill, the stuff literally threatened me that either I sign the bill or he will close the store and don't give me the key. He was in a rude manner to push my sign the bill, while the breakdown in bills cannot add up to the final price (photo attached). It is my first time ever threatened by a store. Also, they complained I came too late (10 mins before they close), while they don't provide any transport assistance and close as early as 5. Overall, It is an experience, inconvenient store with very bad service."
"What an obscenely bad experience - do not go here. I've been going to this place for many years and had one of the most disappointing experiences ever at a Nissan dealership. Had an appointment, was given a 2 hour estimate and when I came back the car was still not ready. They promised to expedite it and it was magically "ready" in 30 minutes. After going home the maintenance light was still on. We wanted to give them the benefit of doubt assuming that perhaps they had done the work and only forgotten to reset the maintenance alerts and called them to confirm. First day of calling, we are told the service advisor will call us back, and no response. Second day of calling, again no response. When we ask to speak to the manager we are told by the receptionist that the manager does not take any calls. With multiple emails over a week to the manager going unanswered the message is resoundingly clear. Nissan Stevens Creek does not care about its customers and only wants to rip them off."
