"SCAM alert. If go to jiffy lube (Concord, CA Clayton Rd location) you know they try to up-sale you right before they get started. Well, when it was time to pay, my bill was a lot more than what we originally signed (on quote). Why? ... They "thought" they heard me say "yes" to air filter changes and other items where they will of course charge more for. When I assured the guy I indeed had said "NO" to every up-sale attempt he and the "manager" on duty got an attitude while also having a bit of a smirk while looking at each other. It was very clear to me that this was done on purpose. I assume a lot of people let it fly with the idea being, "I "needed" it anyway," or at least that is how they want you think. SCAM way of forcing things on your bill. They swapped my filters again and I didnt pay the extra charges. Last time I take any of my 4 cars to this location. Hopefully the same experience does not happen again elsewhere or I'll take my and my families money elsewhere."
