"I went to buy a new battery today and Christian was very attentive and professional. He performed an excellent customer service, he went above and beyond."
"Insanely long waiting times despite having an appointment. My car was handed over to me with stains all over despite then washing it. They said they would return it in 30 min and had me waiting on it for over an hour without any info. The service person I was assigned to also made rude remarks about the mileage on my car. All of this despite billing over $1000 for “recommended” services on my car. Very disappointed with this dealership. It is also annoying considering how few MINI service centers there are in the area."

"Zero stars. The worst service ever. Words cannot even describe the horrible experience we had. Never buy a BMW. If you made such a mistake. Never take it here. Customer service is lost on these people. The employees walking around almost give off the worst pretentious vibe that they are BMW and anything wrong with their product is your fault."
"okaIt's okay, the shuttle driver was not very pleasant and she gave us wrong info. Thank God the other staff was there so when we asked the second time we got better info. Alan was our service rep and he was really professional and had a good experience with him"
