He is very nice and knowledgeable. I liked the way they break down the to do list with explanations and prices. I was able to understand exactly what was being done without a doubt. "Erik was awesome ! I got my 2016 c300 Mercedes Benz serviced by him and he was great . He let me know what was necessary and what didn’t need to be done at the time which is very honest , he never pushed me to spend more . He was quick on the job but proficient . I went and got lunch and came back and when I went inside his shop waiting area there was chargers for all phones , cold water bottles , and A Keruig . I stayed about 15 minutes after my car was done talking to Erik and his wife , they were really cool people . I don’t know if you tip your mechanic but I did anyways because he was that great ! Good work and a good person. I would recommend any one looking for a good honest shop to go here, you won’t be disappointed (:"
