"I originally gave them a good review because the guy was nice when he replaced my cabin air filter. But 2 weeks later, while I was driving to San Diego for my mother's funeral I heard this crazy banging and scraping on the bottom of my car. Turns out that they didn't reattach the engine splash plate properly and it was hanging off. I got stuck in Bakersfield, in 116° weather, with an undriveable car. It cost me $1000 to replace the splash plate. I've been screwed 3 times now by these "quick lube" places. Do yourself a favor. Get your oil changed by a legitimate mechanic, not some minimum-wage person who doesn't really know anything about your car."
