"I called these guys to see if they could tow a tour bus. Robin assured me they could. They left their yard at 6:50 pm and got to my bus at around 8:15 pm not bad with traffic. His employees fumbled around for somewhere around 3 hours. At which time their dispatcher told them to leave the bus. Not only did they just leave my driver they never called me to let me know what was happening. I only knew about this because of what my driver was relaying back to me. I cannot believe this is the kind of service they have. If they did not know what they were doing he should have said so. Bad customer service."

"The tow driver was painfully slow. No pricing was discussed nor an hourly rate. It was off peak hours. Once arrived at repair shop was quoted $600 and hung up by owner when I argued with pricing quote. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would recommend anyone else"
