"I’m very tired of their long term process to repair my car through insurance. At the beginning, they said the part to buy need to take several weeks(2-4). Actually, it took 4 months for the car parts to arrive. I know my car is old; however, the store lied about the timeline to repair. I could choose to have the insurance company to reimburse me the money instead of repair if I know the long time to wait. Please be true to clients. If your car is old, be careful of what they say about the timeline. Or you’ll got my angry feelings too and annoyed by the car rental policy from the car insurance company."

"I don’t agree that this place should have a 4 star rating. My car has been there for one month to fix the bumper. I called to ask when I’d be getting my car back, but no one picked up my call. I had to go to the shop in person to see what was going on and why they were taking so long to fix my bumper. Overall bad experience they take too long with cars and do not recommend if you need your car fixed asap."
