It first had to be inspected which I did while I waited in their waiting room which had nice coffee and comfortable seats. My car ended up needing a new steering rack which required a few days of work so they provided me with a nice loaner car. My service advisor was Gordon and he kept me informed and was very professional. I was informed immediately when the car was ready and just picked it up yesterday.
