Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Went here for an oil change and it turned out to become 3 visits... After the Oil change was performed, I noticed a leak on my vehicle a few days later. This was after spilling on my garage floor and likely the environment. Had to go back to get it fixed, which took another hour but was done free of charge. They told me the drain plug was simply old, which I struggle to believe as there were no leaks for 60.000 miles before. Then, another day later, my car showed an "oil sensor warning". Came back to the shop the next day and after some troubleshooting it turned out they had overfilled the oil level. After pumping out a little, the error finally disappeared. One simple "15 minute" oil change turned into 3 trips, 3 hours, plus cleaning my garage floor, plus possible damage to the engine due to excessive oil, plus the hassle and still cost 120$. Never coming back here again."

"This team worked on 2 of my cars today (Audi TDI and Toyota Prius). They are terrific and super professional. The team has very high attention to detail. They double check everything they do, and they kept me informed of the things they did. They're very competent and care about their work. Their prices are affordable and I'm very happy with their work. My Audi requires a oil mileage reset at every oil change, and they were not sure if their tool would work with my car. "I visited the service center on Tuesday, 01/02/24, at 12:45 for an oil change. I mentioned to the individual, who seemed to be the manager, that they had neglected to set up an oil change alert during my last two visits. As a result, I drove beyond the scheduled date. I requested that they set it up this time to avoid forgetting. He asked me to repeat my request several times and then expressed with high voice confusion about what I meant. When I asked for someone else to assist me, he insisted that it was not possible. I found this to be very disrespectful. Although I have been a customer there for two years, I have decided not to return."

"Came by on a Saturday afternoon with a groupon (1st time). I was sitting in the driveway for about 5 min before someone came over. They were pretty busy with each bay working on a car. I drove up to a bay with no one else waiting. On their banner, it does say they get their oil changes done in under 15 min, so I decided to track it for fun. It ended up taking about 22 min to finish. Whole time I was there was about 45 min. Not that big of a deal since I wasn't in a rush anywhere, so I'm sure they work pretty fast with no wait. I had to pay for hazardous waste fee and tax which was a few dollars. Open to coming back in the future!"
