"They are always super booked up and the schedulers is discouraging. Dublin is more friendly and easy to work with."
"So Honda Repair Dept? I, a loyal Honda customer since 2010, have a question for you. What is the purpose of making an appointment for a simple oil change weeks in advance, and waiting over 2+ hours for it to be done? I drive in at the correct time, turn off my engine and wait. Several other cars do so after me. The tech goes up to the car next to me (even though I was clearly first) and proceeds to talk to that driver. I can overhear them and he admits he has no appointment for an oil change but the guy gets all of the tech's attention for many minutes. Finally, another tech comes up to me, doesn't ask if I have an appointment, and finally gets me into the system. 2+ hours go by as I sit in the waiting room (with no internet, it's "down" they say. funny it was down the last 2 times I was there as well) and the guy without the appointment and others before me gets his car back after less than an hour, and I am still waiting. I am fed up and finally go back to him to ask the status of my car. He says, "Oh, I was just finishing up the paperwork and was coming to get you." Right. Of course. Let's hope they actually changed the oil. I pay the bill (almost 65% higher than last year at this time), the cashier calls out for my car, and I go outside. No car for many minutes and I am twiddling my thumbs. Then a guy comes up to me and asks for my car tag number when the cashier already called it out minutes ago. I wait some more, no car. Then the original tech comes to me to ask for my tag number. He finally brings the car to me. I'm willing to bet that they didn't know I had an appointment. Embarrassing service. I used to tell people all the time that I received the best service at this Honda. They've been in decline for a while now, constantly trying to sell me more services. I'm seriously going to look for alternatives, this Honda has definitely changed for the worse, sloppy and the customer apparently doesn't come first anymore. I'm saddened as the dealership was convenient for me to get to. I'm still upset."
"I brought a brand new Honda Pilot from this dealership in January 2019. Since then they’re taking care of my car. I can still remember the person’s name Mr. Dependra. I was happy with my purchase. It was a good experience with him. The service department, they are taking care of my car since then. I can tell you one thing “they are the Best”. Even I’m changing my tire from them. I highly recommend them. I wish they will have hybrid and electric SUV near future. I would love to do business with them in future and be connected. 5 star service all around."
"Been taking my cars here since 2006. Professional. Will tell you upfront what your car issues are and will provide you with a service estimate (that you will need to sign off) before they do any work. If they find more issues, the service tech will contact you immediately before the service department proceeds any further. So, there are no surprises. Service is completed within the allotted time frame or sooner. Oil changes are first come, first service (Express Service). But you can call ahead to make an appointment. Nice, clean, brightly lit waiting room with free self-serve coffee, tea, water and cookies. Free wifi. Also provides free local shuttle service (BART, your home or office) if your car needs to be there for the day. If you don't want to take the free shuttle service, walking distance to Target and close enough to walk to downtown Walnut Creek to get errands done while your car is being serviced."
