"I can echo what a lot of reviewers have already said about Fix Auto - they made a very stressful situation so much easier than I ever expected. My wife was in a front end collision and we chose to use Fix Auto for insurance assessment/repair. After limping her barely drive-able Mazda CX-3 to the shop we met with a representative who basically said "We'll take it from here!". He gave us an expected timeline for the assessment, was clear and concise about how the process would move forward after assessment, and was very personable in general. He was pleasant to work with. After roughly 1wk, the assessment was that the car was totaled and they would work with insurance to determine a value of the car. We were surprised to find that the insurance companies assessment was higher than Fix Auto's, but Fix Auto was still close and honest. I would advise anybody who has been in a collision and needs insurance assessments to use Fix Auto. Because we didn't actually move forward with a repair I can't attest to the quality of their work, but if it's anything like their customer service it's fantastic."
