A few things that stood out about Johnny: - He just told me a fair price off the bat, no need to negotiate or shop around. - He's highly experienced and competent which meant the job was done quickly and right. I came in for my first oil change on a second hand car. Wherever the previous owner brought it overtightened the wrong drain bolt on making a simple job tricky, but Johnny just figured out how to fix it. I also picked up a few pointers from him specific to my model. - He's friendly and easy to talk to. I hope to see you on your yz250 some time Johnny!"
