"Simply the best service option anywhere in the Bay Area. Tony is wonderful, honest, and efficient. SLT was able to do an oil change, check my alignment, and perform a full inspection determining that I should get new brake pads (which I suspected but forgot to tell them!). They quickly called me, explained the situation, exact cost, and asked for authorization to do a same day purchase of genuine Toyota parts from their supplier. By some miracle they were able to procure the parts the same day and finish the entire job with brake flush in a few hours. On top of all that the total came out half of what I've seen other independent shops charge (let alone what dealerships charge). Don't go anywhere else, SLT is the only honest and reliable option!"
