"This place is a scam if used for roadside service. They charge me $400 per fleetnet call but never actually repair anything. Everytime they go to a service call they advise that the unit "needs to go to a shop for repair" which I always deny because almost anything can be repaired in the field, then I have another vendor sent out that completes that same repair in the field. I have advised fleetnet not to call this business for any repairs in California and I would advise you to do the same."

"Very rude person answering the phone. She said I had to be to her office by 6:00 same day and pay $600. I explained I had been in a terrible accident, unable to drive and my car was totalled. They are in the bay area and I'm in the Sacramento area. Can we do this thru the mail. She said no. I also told her this car was stolen and I had reported it to the police my insurance company and DMV. She still was not going to work with me. Now she's trying to slap a Lien on me. I thought when you file a notice of non liability on the vehicle. You were no longer responsible."
