"Tracy Mufler and auto is the worst auto shop in the area. There is no professionalism. They installed the wrong parts on my front wheel suspension and instead of fixing the problem they lied to me, said they made adjustments. Now my front wheel is in danger of breaking off. My truck has been down for a month, for a job that can be done in one day. DO NOT bring your vehicle to Tracy Muffler and Auto."
"This place is a joke if you get your cars worked on here make sure you(yourself) check what your paying for charging like $400 on labor on parts they didn't even installed plus charged me for the new parts they didnt install.... see for yourself carlos since you said that couldn't be seen without raising the truck and even if that was the case ... the only legit charge there is the new tires"
"This guys did a outstanding job with the installation of a lifting kit for my truck, I has a Toyota 4runner the guys installed a 3 inch lift kid (fox 2.5 shocks and coilovers + JBA upper control arms) and leveling the truck, the 4runner looks awesome and thanks to the guys for the great service, Patrick is very helpful when it comes to mechanical advice and he also provides a great customer service, everybody on the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this repair shop."
