"I went to this store to pick up a Power Break Booster. The Break Booster was a little heavy and I asked the gentleman (Joe) who helped me if he could carry the box out to my car (which was parked right in front of the store), he said he couldn’t help me carry it out because he had a stroke, then I told him that I have had 3 back surgeries. There were 3 other young employees standing right there and Joe didn’t even ask one of them to help me. So I carried it out myself struggling a little bit. I really don’t think customer service there was what it should be."

"I was driving by Tracy when my serpentine belt shredded, and I lost power to my peripheral accessory devices. I stopped on to grab another belt and was helped by an employee named Kyle. Whoever is his manger, he would have made you proud with his customer service level. I was a retail store manager for 10 years and i can honestly say, I was impressed. He went above and beyond, providing outstanding customer service the entire time. He was helpful and knowledgeable of the products you offer and knew the proper procedures for everything during my complicated visit. You dont pay this guy enough. He will easily move on to bigger and better things, so if you want him to stick around, he would be a good investment to keep your customers coming back instead of going somewhere else even if they have to drive a little bit further."
