"I try to like this car wash, I really do. But I cannot say anything really positive. Every time I leave I find 2 to 3 things that are not cleaned, rags in the car, and areas of the car exterior that are not even touched. Having lived in LA, where you call your mobile car wash guy to come and do your car, you get used to a certain level of clean, and this ain't it. Beside the mobile guys doing a better job, their prices are the same, or LESS! Sorry to all those people that love this car wash, it's just not for me."

"Impressive car wash location. Beautiful facilities inside and out. Lots of savings opportunities. Went here today for the first time and was initially impressed. I got the $50 Customer Choice with door and dash dressings. I was very happy with how quickly they got me in and out even though they were quite busy; however, I wish they had taken a little more time with it to get some of the finer details (see pics). Overall I’m satisfied. If I want a quick nice wash, I’ll return. But I won’t be paying $50 again. I’ll choose a cheaper option. If I’m going to pay $50, I expect the inside to be spotless."

"Matt & Jeff Car Wash I have been going to this car wash location for the last six months. The owner is rude and doesn’t care about his customers. If you complain about the basic work which they provide he will tell you to go someplace else. Their quality went down in the last two months. They don’t vacuum under the mat and the trunk. Also they don’t dry well around the doors. They don’t clean the windows very well. Also I have been noticed some scratches on my cars that came from their brush machine. I can keep going. I don’t recommend this car wash company. I used different car wash companies in the Bay Area before and this is the worse owner I have had seen."

"I recently had a car detailed prior to selling. Owner Jeff came down personally to check it out and offered me a discount b/c my car was is pretty good shape already. He said "if you're selling it, any dollar that doesn't make you money on the sale has no value to you." It was great to have someone understand that and not be trying to just charge as much as possible. Still pricey in my mind but I haven't done a lot of price comparisons. I was recommended to come here by a friend for the service and Jeff did not disappoint. The finish from the Brazilian paste wax is fantastic. My friend saw the car after and said "I can't believe that car is 15 years old - it looks new." Shampoo for carpets and leather treatments got out some carpet and leather stains. My car definitely looks showroom ready! Thanks Jeff!"
