"They fix Cadillacs there. For like recalls etc they can do dealer work. But for my parents escalade that cost to fix it was just too much. They ended up trading in the escalade and getting a fair price, considering how much work it needed to have done. Now they've got a brand new Chevrolet SUV and the rest of the Cadillac loan is being paid off as a part of the new loan agreement. I'd say things worked out. They got the kind of car they like!"
