"First of all, this wonderful shop is located in a cool area...this historical Arsenal district. So it was easy to get to, and a really nice place. Second, they diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes (previous mechanic put the parts back on incorrectly after an oil change...ugh). The guys were so friendly and helpful. I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else to have service. This place is professional, clean, and I could tell immediately they are absolute experts...they know what they’re doing and will take care of your car in expert fashion. They even showed me the parts in my car and what was happening. At most professional dealerships, I feel like just a number. At this place, I felt like they treat you with respect. This is the place to get your European car serviced!"
