"Complete dump in total disrepair. No working electricity, they have a generator permanently hooked up to their electrical panel. They ripped out the change machine rather than fix it. The coin operated controls are barely visible under caked layers of mud."
"I just got burned - AGAIN - and while the "Janitor's closet" was WIDE OPEN, and there were tools out showing "work in progress," nobody was there to fix the problem: when I pulled the trigger on the pressure wash wand, it dribbled EVEN LESS pressure, not MORE. And, since "almost indiscernable soap" (yes, on the "soap" cycle) is THE LONG-STANDING NORM for this sloperation, I tried RINSE, where I got enough pressure to rinse the car off. But I could have done THAT at HOME, just for the cost of a little water. BTW - the last time I found someone working there when I went, I mentioned my getting ripped similarly before, and how STUPID it is for them to NOT post ANY phone number to address such problems. He just shrugged - as if to say: what? You expect better? Well, don't!"
"There always seems to be something malfunctioning whenever I come by here to wash my car. Better to just wash the car yourself using a garden hose and some soap. If you do decide to come here anyway, avoid the middle bay as the soap dispenser is broken, and according to another reviewer, has been broken for over a year."
"Shoddy coin operated car wash that ends up being WAY more expensive than just taking your car into a full service car wash. It makes you think it won’t cost too much with the upfront cost, but that’s just to activate it and the amount of time it gives you per dollar is abysmal. So you end up rushing and doing a bad job AND you’re sweaty AND you just wasted $20 trying to keep it from timing out! You also wasted some of your time and money on one of the inevitably broken settings. I’ve given this wash so many chances and it always ends in frustration and disappointment. Just avoid and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Unless you like wasting money and being frustrated- then this car wash is for you!"
"Used to be great, guy there to assist with problems. Don’t use the second wash bay, the “high pressure wash” has no soap, hasn’t for at least 2 months. The “guy” is gone, two “maintenance” guys there today, knew the soap didn’t work, wanted to “help” me wash my car with the foaming brush, wasting my $12 worth of paid minutes. Neither of these guys should quit their day jobs. Was great for years, no more."
