"Got an estimated repair at $1400 with $200 deposit, drove home and gave it some thoughts, call back to cancel the work order within an hour of the agreement.....$20 cancellation fee. I will take it as a $20 mistake for going to your shop the first place. Added: A restocking fee an hour later after walking out the door? Looks like your shop not only lacks the common courtesy provided for customers but also the common sense. Your types of establishments run on thousand-dollar orders. The $20 charge is not worth much to you and does not do much for me except giving me grief. Kevin, I am not mad at you, I understood you may just be following marching orders and performing your job. I went to your shop because of the high ratings I see here. My one-star rating is for my dissatisfaction on how your establishment operates and I still believed in the old saying that a little courtesy goes a long way."

Their customer service is amazing, Kevin is so responsive and knowledgeable. They even cleaned and vacuumed the car before I picked it up.
