"Food is always great, but sometimes, depending on who's serving at the drive thru, they seem to be short on time or in an absolute rush. If there were another taco bell near by I would go there, but there's not."

"My experience the cashier (teen male) was great taking my order and patient, they all worked as fast as they can since it is very busy here, I waited around 10 min. For my dine in food. If I see a line and busy then I expect to wait and have no problem. Do not get the grilled cheese nacho fries instead order nacho fries only since the grilled is a very small portion and expensive."

"Why is my Steak Cheese Fries a Crispy Potato cake? On top of that, missing food items to add to the continued irritation of food pickup at this location. And finally when telling the order taker about the missing items, he became annoyed and tossed the items on the counter. This pattern of poor service and food order errors has been happening at the Dennery Taco Bell since the last 5 or more orders. I fear this is the new normal and no one cares. I will be visiting another location and see if this is the case."

"I placed my order through the app. Very convenient. I didn't go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. I went inside. Very clean. All of the condiments, straws, and napkins are not in the lobby anymore. Everything is provided to the customer either with their order or by request. COVID dining procedures are still in effect. Customer service was excellent. Food was good. Recommended."

"The food I got tasted weird… Half-cooked and just off. There were also no utensils or napkins (see photo) which was strange… Aside from the drink machine, the dining room was clean. 3/5"
