"I put a ten dollar bill in change machine and it didn't give change or my money back. I left a note on 2 different occasions asking for a refund. I never received a phone call, refund or any communication from owner or management. Not a good way to treat a paying customer."

"Costs $4.00 now. Took $6 to do my Rogue. Super power on wash and rinse cycle. Plenty of water to do the job but seems like a little more time would be helpful. Clean and all bays seemed to be working."

"Ok I am a little bitter, and maybe without real reason. I have gone here a few times and today I noticed a few of the products were out. I hit the tire and engine cleaner... Nothing comes out. After waiting a minute for it to change over nothing but steam comes out. Also the "spot free rinse" was more like a weak water fountain stream. having complained enough I feel the brush suds and high pressure wash work well enough. Price doesn't seem to outlandish compared to most diy washing places."
