"*Edit I'm so glad to be able to give a 5 star rating for service!! In a time when customer service seems to be scarce, really hard to find. We had a pleasant experience at dinner last night. We were a group of six people and ordered at the register with Emily. I hope I got her name right. She greeted us with a smile and was very patient as we decided what to order. She even made great suggestions. She was so professional and kind. She asked if we had military ID (which my husband does) we've been coming for years and never knew there was a military discount! It made a huge difference with a group of six people.Our food came out before our desserts and when our dessert number was called I was about to get up but Emily saw us sitting down eating, so she took the initiative and brought our desserts out to our table! I observed how She interacted with others and how She went from register to server, to serving custard ice cream whatever needed to be done she was doing it! The food came out exactly like the pictures and the basket was filled with crispy fries! It was perfect! We tried the Frozen hot chocolate, brownie delight, and the turtle sunday. We were impressed! Hope this is the standard at Freddie's now! Overall great experience! Drive thru wait time is way too long!! Almost 30-45 minute. Meals are decent but very pricey"

"Came here for lunch and it was pretty decent. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with fries combo. The fries were fresh, and the burger was also very freshly made. My only complaint is that the edges of my burger were smashed so thin it was kind of exaggerated. But I still ate it! Towards the center the burger was thicker a I could taste the meat better which had good flavor. The pickles though.. they were not pickled enough and lacked flavor.. just an extra crunch in the burger. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and The serves was very good though and kind to us when we ordered and asked for help. Also the ranch dip was okay, I’d give it a 5/10"

"I was invited to eat at Freddy's for a hamburger meal. When I received my burger, I investigated the burger, and it looked great. If it looks great, it probably tastes great, too. Their meat patty is only 2.4 Oz. So I made 3 meat patties to resemble a meaty burger. The burger was seasoned, for me, in the salty side. Their fries were cut in mini size (not your standard fries), crunchy, seasoned right. Friendly staff, plenty of parking space, family atmosphere, clean and tidy, and generous serving in fries. Would I recommend this place for a burger place to eat. Well, I remain neutral. I will let the patron judge for themselves. Btw, their shakes and other treats are awesome! Good eats."
