Raising Cane's

"If you like unseasoned and dry chicken then this your place. The tenders are not much bigger than a chicken nugget. I think the breading is just flour. There is zero seasoning. To make things worse the chicken breast tender was dry. The sauce is average. The cole slaw is a dry cole slaw. The Texas toast was probably the best of the combo. The food is overpriced for what you get. The employee I was dealing with was good and helpful. but the shift manager was not. Would not recommend this location. Not sure if all Canes have this poor of quality. --------------------------------- In response about me calling. Contact your shift manager at this location and ask about food pickup policies and his unwillingness to provide good customer service while the normal employee was trying to be helpful. Additionally, I am sure there is something this location can do to prevent dry and small chicken tenders."

"I have been coming to Caines drive thru at least 2 times a week for the last year. Their fries are cold 90% of the time, even if you order fresh fried or extra crispy, they still give you the regular limp, cold fries. Very frustrating! I have also noticed that the size of the chicken tenders seems to be getting smaller and smaller with each passing month. The taste of the fingers, coleslaw, and toast is good, but the continously cold, limp fries sucks! I have mentioned it to the drive thru cashier many times, but it doesn't make a difference. I am disappointed with the portions and quality seems to be going down hill."

"Service was good. This location is a bit more spacious than others I have been to. The food was cooked well and was ready pretty fast."

"I sat inside to eat and had a good experience! The employees were very nice and the decor, inside as well as outside, was very cool! One male employee even took the time to explain who the owner was in a picture on a wall, and told me that the restaurant's mascot is the owner's dog, Cane! All things I did not know. The decor was seriously cool. It was clean inside, lots of wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms. The food was fresh and tasty."
