"Called to have them unlock my neighbor's car they said approximately 45 min and they would be there, after an hour and a half they called back to say they're stuck in traffic but for an extra $70 on top of the $160 I already paid they would call their sister company and they would come out or I can wait until 10 am Monday, well 10 am has come and gone and no call no show. Now I'm dealing with filing a grievance with my credit card and trying to get my money back."
