"Fabulous food and service. Charming ambience. Eggs were delicious and fresh, cooked perfectly and not greasy. Plump, flavorful sausages, toast from what must be a freshly baked loaf of bread. We also ordered a special of the day, French toast with strawberries, cream, chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle. Maple syrup too, so scrumptious. Coffee that is smooth and delicious, just black, no need for cream. The staff was super friendly. Way to go, Crown Bistro!"

"Lovely little locally-owned restaurant on Coronado Island, built along a busy boulevard and a residential area. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, including a covered outdoor dining area with heaters during cool mornings. The servers are very friendly and bilingual, which is great for both English and Spanish-speaking visitors. I stopped in for breakfast shortly after the restaurant opened and tried their bacon and mushroom omlette - this was VERY good, and you definitely get what you pay for!"

"Amazing food and friendly service! My husband had the crab omelette with a side of French toast. He said it was the best breakfast he had ever had, and we go out for brunch often. I had the Artichoke Joe’s scramble and it was delicious. Our waitress was very courteous and efficient. We would definitely be back!"

"Took 45 mins to get our food and another 15 to get the check. Service was slow, didn't get water refilled or condiments for food. Asked for medium steak and got a well done steak 45 mins later. (This is their NY strip steak)"

"Well, i haven't had a good filet mignon like the one i had here in 20 years thender juicy tasty fantastic steak , vegetables were fresh and just enough crisp the only thing i would change is the salad dressing i would make it a house made dressing not something out of a bottle. Service was outstanding took very good care of my needs. All and all if you want a GREAT steak go to Crown Bistro"
