"This is the worst Jersey Mikes location in this area. I have no idea what is wrong here, but it just takes them too long to make sandwiches. It does not matter if you order online or in person, I have waited from 30 minutes minimum up to 1 hour and15 minutes. And you would think this is because there are tons of orders and people but no, there will be 3 people in line. I love Jersey Mikes food, but this is ridiculous. Going to check out other locations. The staff is not the friendliest, but I get it when you have people in the store standing around waiting and asking how much longer their order is going to be. I have heard maybe 6 different excuses too.. like "We got a bunch of orders right as you ordered," etc. I don't blame them, I blame management. There needs to be better training or better staffing (need more than 2 people working on a Friday evening at 5pm). I don't see them being around much longer unless something changes."

"Ordered catering two days before for my five-year-old‘s birthday party asked to have it ready by 10:30AM on a Saturday. They said no problem, we open at 10 am on Saturdays, we will have it ready the moment you arrive. When I arrived, The 50 sandwiches were 100% ready to go and the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to ask exact kind of chips I wanted for the party and help me work through the selections :). Great customer service and customer experience. Bonus points for the store being immaculately clean the upon arrival"
